Coronavirus (COVID-19) Infection Prevention & Control Policy for PartyBox and FlowerBox
All of us have been affected by the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. Our team are all taking this pandemic very seriously and have undertaken further training to ensure going forward we can continue to give you, our customers the best, safest possible experience when you enter our stores. We have missed being able to create memorable events that we know you love, and we are looking forward to seeing you again as soon as possible.
Our priority is to keep you as safe as possible, and prior to re-opening the stores we have implemented a number of changes which we would like to make you aware of. During the time the stores have been shut, we have completed the Coronavirus (COVID-19) Infection Prevention and Control course. We have since made a number of changes in the way that we operate that you will notice when you next visit.
If any of our staff feel ill or have symptoms of COVlD-19, they will self-isolate immediately and not come into the store. This will not affect your customer experience with us, but will ensure we eliminate any risks to others health. If you or any of the people you live with feel ill or display any symptoms of COVlD-19 please advise us as soon as possible if we are due to make a delivery for you and
DO NOT COME TO OUR STORES.
Visiting the Stores
For your safety and to maintain social distancing, we ask that you adhere to the social distancing 2m rules in place and where in place, follow the arrows around the store to ensure a one way route.
We have increased the frequency of cleaning in the stores including making sure that common surfaces, etc. are wiped clean using disinfectant products every hour.
All customers will have access to hand sanitiser to sanitise your hands as soon as you enter the stores.
We will understand and not be offended if you wish to wear a facemask or wear disposable gloves when you visit the stores if this is appropriate.
Please don’t be surprised or upset if our staff use personal protective equipment (PPE) during your visit. This may include disposable gloves, face masks and face shields where appropriate.
There will also be protective screens in place at our counters to ensure your safety and the safety of our team.
Our staff understand the importance of hand hygiene and we will ensure that we wash our hands in accordance with NHS recommendations at every opportunity.
We will try to make your time in our stores as safe, comfortable and enjoyable as possible. If you have any concerns please let us know and we will do what we can to satisfy you.
We have eliminated the minimum spend for card purchases so that all customers, if you would prefer can pay by card to minimise the handling of cash.
If you are anxious about entering our stores, or spending more time than you would like in our stores, please be assured that you can now purchase everything we have in our stores and more online.
We have and will continue to improve our websites to ensure you find our websites easy to use and convenient. We have introduced CLICK AND COLLECT and LOCAL DELIVERY OPTIONS on our websites to make your experience with PartyBox and FlowerBox the best it can be.
Our CLICK AND COLLECT option means you can order your items safely online and collect them in store at a date and time convenient for you; meaning less time spent in our stores.
Our LOCAL DELIVERY option means you can also order your items safely online and ensure contactless delivery of your items at a date convenient for you; meaning you do not have to enter our stores at all.
We have also introduced NATIONWIDE delivery of our balloons and gifts, meaning if you are self-isolating or shielding, we can still help you make someone else’s celebration the best even though you cannot be there yourself.
All of which means you never have to forget another celebration again.
All of these procedures have been implemented for your safety and that of our staff. We will continue to take advice from the Government and the NHS regarding safe practice and will amend them as necessary.
Thanks you for your understanding.
