Return Of Goods
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to PartyBox Retail Ltd for an exchange or refund, providing PartyBox Retail Ltd receives it within 14 days from the date of its original receipt. Returned products must be received by PartyBox Retail Ltd in good condition and all component parts, including any promotional products that may have been included in your purchase. A note explaining the reason for return should also be enclosed.
Return of Goods EXCLUDES balloons, personalised items and perishable goods. Please be aware these items will be made especially for you, so they can only be returned for a replacement if they are faulty. Please see balloon care section for further details.
This does not affect your statutory rights. The customer bears the cost of returning goods for refund or exchange, except in cases of faulty, damaged or wrongly supplied goods. (PartyBox Retail Ltd requests that you use registered post or recorded delivery when returning goods and that proof of postage is retained).
If you wish to cancel your order please phone or notify us by email before the order is picked in order to get a full refund. If the order has already been dispatched then in order to receive a refund, you will be responsible for returning all goods to PartyBox Retail Ltd in the same condition as they were sent, with any packaging undamaged so that they remain in a saleable condition. You will have to bear the postage cost of returning the goods and will not be refunded for the postage costs from where we sent the order out to originally and we reserve the right to enforce a cancellation charge of up to 10% to the value of the order.
